Just a bit cold most of the year, but what a beautiful country! Quebequois are wonderful people! Even though you might feel cold outside, people in Quebec are quite "chaleureux", funny, kind and full of life! If you go to Quebec, don't forget to try the "poutine", a specialty that will keep you warm for hours!!!
